Our Staff provides our customers with information and education in all aspects of caring for and the purchasing of products for the aquatic needs. Whether it's a question about what type of fish to purchase, how to set up your aquarium or a special technical question about some of our high tech products and how to use them in your home.

We provide in store water testing and have very high laboratory standards. For either fresh or saltwater samples, we test for ammonia, nitrates, nitrites and ph levels.

Big Al's Aquarium Care Company provides complete aquarium maintenance. Our highly trained professional staff is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are available for customer questions, emergencies and special needs of any aquarium situations.

Installation
Our professional staff will deliver and install your aquarium. Whether you purchase an aquarium from our store, or a custom aquarium, we are with you all the way. We also provide expert training on your new aquarium and it's life support components.
